Strong cheddar for most things, but Brie if it includes cranberries and filo pastry =P~

i have just brought some really nice mature chedder called " taste the difference cave chedder" from sainsburys and its really nice

Sounds very rural hun :lol:

anything without blue lines in. Mild chedder through the week here and there, I have it in food rather than alone, but for party food it has to be mature chedder with grapes.

 

I hate posh cheeses, and I dont care what anybody says about an aquired taste lol!

 

And a dairlylea triangle goes down well too as a snack with a piece of toast.

I like the Babel cheese and brie.

 

Also like the mature cheddar for toasted cheese sandwiches.

 

I had some lovely cheese the other week from France - it was like Brie but it had champagne in it - it was gorgeous!!! :D

I just had to bring this one back to life :D

 

I've just bought the most gorgeous cheese in Asda - it's Wensleydale with blueberries and maple and OMG its delicious - I can't leave it alone!

It's been in and out of the fridge about 6 times in the last half hour! :shock:

You must try it!! :lol::lol:
