Parroty Christmas Cake

2 cups enriched White Flour

3&1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1&1/2 cups Sugar

1/2 cup soft Butter

3/4 cup chopped Apples

3/4 cup minced Raisins, other Dried Fruit or Nuts

3 Eggs with shells

3/4 cup Milk

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Cinnamon and Sugar

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 8"-9" baking pan. Mash eggshells with back of spoon until powder. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat 3 minutes on high. Gently stir in fruit and nuts. Sprinkle with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour into pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
