  1. Ahaha. I feel your pain. Our sitting room door used to have that irratating squeaking noise that was driving mad. Now that the problem has been sorted with a bit of Wd40, I still have to cope with Max squeaking every single time I'm about to leave the room, mimicking the noise the door used to make when we either entered or exited the sitting room, ahahah.

  4. Well, food finally arrived this morning and Max is a very happy bird, chirping and laughing as he eats his favorite food Once again, David, I apologise for being rude and for overreacting. I really felt very bad for acting like I did. Like my partner said, I must learn to be patient. Cheers.
  5. I understand. I'm sorry David. I was very angry. My Partner explained to me that David may run a small business and yes problems might occur and that not everything is like Amazon with big warehouses. So I apologise. I was just frustrated by the lack of communication and I understand not everyone communicates through internet correspondance. And no Vikky, I didn't let my supply ran out until I only had 3 days left. When I ordered, Max had enough food to get him going for 3 or 4 weeks. I was just panicking as I saw his food jar slowly emptying.
  6. Dear David, I don't see why I shall post a complaint about your business on here to get a prompt response from you. I really don't understand why you are not replying to my Pms since Wednesday and Friday when I was only asking a simple question. 'When shall I expect the new delivery, please?' It's all that I wanted to know so I could arrange my timetable accordingly. I think it's extremely rude from your part and this is not good customer service. Thanks god I am a member of this forum because only when I complained about the delivery last wednesday on here that you finally made contact after ignoring my emails for days. What about other customers who don't know you from this board? I do not wish to conduct any business with DoubleDutch anymore and I would like a refund. I will contact another supplier. I've been more than patient with you. The last thing I need in my life is stress and childish behaviour.

  8. Hi all. Been a while since I've posted. Probably not the right place to post but I was wondering whether any of you have been experiencing any problem with DD delivery. I've placed an order last Monday for a normal delivery (3-4working days) and I have yet to receive my bird food. I tried to contact David but no replies from his part. So I was wondering what to do. Max, my CAG is running out of his food and I don't kow if I should just ask for my money back and get food from the pet shop in the meantime. Any of you had got the same problem ? I always buy Max's food at DD but this has been the longest I've waited and it's getting frustrating because there's no feedback from either the post and DD! Help!!

Now he found a new loving family and you can tell he's so happy. And a lazy funny sweetheart . The way she goes down and 'sighs' with tiredness, lol. So clever. See you later
