hi all i rang a certan organisation (no names mentioned as i dont want get anyone in trouble) to see what they said the man said that it is illegal to net the birds but he also said that if its a last option then its worth ago as the chances are the gulls would move quicker than him, he said as long as nothing gets hurt there shouldnt be a problem which is good as i dont want to hurt anything, hes now flying around a large area adele hes doing middleport porthill westport lake festival park and cobridge these are the areas i got so far but finding him is a different thing he has been feeding at festival park in the morning (i cant discloser the actual area due to some people have been trying to catch him and not telling me) anyway he wasnt there this morning i think it was the weather horrible and wet there wasnt much bird activity at all so hopefully tomorrow will bring me luck we will see
thanks for all the support im really greatfull |

| im up im ready just having a quick coffee then im off lets hope todays the day i get him home fingers and toes crossed, i forgot to add how healthy he looks so you all now how well he is doing he can fly and fly fast he does exactly as a seagull does so when you watch a seagull dancing in the sky this is what he is doing when they swop for food without landing he has also mastered this he comes down with all the seagulls at the same time i think he uses them as safty i have seen him out fly the bigger seagulls which he doesnt like and they dont like him, i have also seen him dart in trees when a bird of prey aproches which is very clever, he looks 110% healthy theres not a mark on him not even a missing feather, if i get the chance today i will try get a photo of him so you can all see him but this depends on chances if i get the chance to catch him that got come first anyway i will update as soon as i get home, |

| well what a morning he came in with a flock of 30-40 seagulls an amazing sight, he flew around all morning then a hawk/felcon came in yes heart in my mouth it chased him for what felt like ages but it wasnt and he didnt catch him he bomb dived, hovered and turned corners sharp,he went up down and stopped mid flight, he screamed all the way round but he got away the seagulls watched and as soon as the hawk thing had gone came over to him it was like watching a mummy bird teaching a baby amazing, anyway we got one chance today to net him we missed by 1-2 foot thats it, that was close then all birds left the area never mind tomorrow might bring some better luck , |
